In modern life, women not only have an important role in taking care of the family, but in social position, women also have very important and meaningful contributions. That's why, 365 days of a year, we have a special day when women are cared for, shared in their hardships, and honored for their silent sacrifices. That day is March 8, the day for half of the world's beauty. 

And at IVC, we also have annual activities to show our concern and thanks for the persistent efforts and contributions of the company's female colleagues.

Let's explore what we have for the March 8 program at IVC. With the opening program, we had a funny mini game called "Who's that, Who's that?”, where all IVC’s men can freely show off their “Face ID” recognition ability to find out the identities of all female colleagues through the strange yet familiar childhood photos.

After the dramatic moments and bursting with "unbelievable" emotions, the men in Sec. 1 excelled in unlocking the largest number of “Face ID” of the IVC's beautiful ladies through childhood portraits, and brought extra gifts to their female team colleagues. Although the mini game only lasted in a short time, it brought a very bustling atmosphere and much of refreshing smiles - a tonic for everyone, especially for the IVC's beautiful ladies, the main characters in this mini game.

Furthermore, to thank and show care for all IVC's women, the Company and the Union sent a lovely gift along with a greeting card written by IVC's men to all of them. The wishes and thanks are rustic and simple, but contain the whole heart of the writer and it makes the gift even more meaningful.

Wishing all the IVC's beautiful ladies a happy and joyfulness on March 8 and other 364 days of the year!

Men make houses, women make homes. Besides their own career, to create a little home, a peaceful place for the whole family, women really have to sacrifice a lot. And Vietnamese Women's Day – 20/10, will be a special occasion for us to send our love and thanks to our important women for their silent sacrifices.

And to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day - 20/10 this year, a series of events took place at IVC. Following the success of the Blog Contest last year, this year's event has returned with an upgraded version. With the motto "love is not only expressed in writing but also expressed through speaking", the event “IVC Speaking Contest” was held with the Topic: “The woman who influenced you the most”, attracting a large number of contestants. Inherently in each of us, love and respect for our mother, wife or most important woman always exists, but in the mass of life, it is difficult for us to express. This contest is really a good opportunity for everyone to express their feelings, appreciation, and gratitude to our dear woman.

In order to help the loving letters reach their rightful owners, the Company sent them directly to the most influential woman of each contestant participating in this contest, along with a sincere thank-you & greeting message written by our General Director and a bouquet. Even though it’s a small gift, we believe that it contains invaluable energy and spiritual strength.

Continuing the series of events is the program "Give Word of Love", a quieter way to express our love, our thanks to our dear woman. Lovely postcards are prepared by the Company for everyone to write down messages to send to their woman. In addition, the Company also supports the delivery these lovely postcards to their owners. So, don't hesitate to write down your words, don't hesitate to express concerns for your woman!

Moreover, on October 20, the Company also sent the healthy gifts to all the mothers or the most important women of all IVC members. Wishing our mothers or most important women will always be happy, healthy and full of joy to be able to accompany with us on the life journey ahead.

This series of welcoming events has ended with the enthusiastic participation of all IVC members. It can be said that your enthusiasm is an important factor in creating the success of this event. Once again, the Organization Team would like to thank all IVC members and all contestants.

Our company would like to try to maintain this meaningful activity in the coming years, as a part of our corporate culture.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan (1973 - 2023), The Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in HCMC (JCCH) organized "the JCCH Sports Day 2023" in the middle of October. This event attracted the participation of approximately 3000 people including players and supporters from 96 companies. With “sporting spirits never die”, ISB Vietnam company (IVC) certainly could not  miss this special event.

From the moment we arrived at the event venue, all of us were very surprised by the thoroughness and professionalism of the JCCH Organizing Team. All the referees, coordinators and supporters were always very friendly, enthusiastic and supportive. A medical team was arranged at the entrance to take care of players in case of their injury. Besides, sponsored beverage counters were ready to serve drinks, food and snacks for all participants to fight body and soul for each match. 

The sports day began with a warm-up exercise before all companies participated in games. We could feel the passionate sports spirit very clearly when we saw this image with our eyes.

Among ten sport games of JCCH Sport Day, ISB Vietnam took part in seven ones including long rope jump, eye of the typhoon, ball insertion, tug of war, relay, badminton, and futsal in a spirit of living life to the full. In each competition, our players contributed to spectators with eye-catching matches, enthusiastic participation and the coordination of perfect teamwork. The scorching Sunday could not prevent both our players from giving their best shot for each match and our fans from cheering up our players in each competition. Especially the spirit of all IVC players was pushed to the highest level with the participation of our General Director, this presence inspired us very much!
