Held on Friday, August 1, 2025, the event was a thoughtfully organized celebration designed to foster a sense of appreciation and camaraderie. During the afternoon, a team of our female colleagues volunteered to make the afternoon special. They were divided into two groups, working together with a spirit of collaboration and warmth. One group was responsible for distributing meaningful gifts, while the other served a selection of refreshing drinks, all within a happy and bustling atmosphere.

This event was more than just a gathering; it was a testament to our company's vibrant culture and a chance to formally recognize the integral role that men play in our collective success. The afternoon was filled with laughter, conversation, and a strong sense of unity, reinforcing the bonds that make our team so effective. It was a perfect opportunity for everyone to take a moment, relax, and celebrate together as one IVC family.

As we wrapped up the celebration, one thing was clear: every individual plays a vital role in our collective journey. Throughout the year 2024, despite facing numerous existing difficulties due to economic recession and uncertain domestic and foreign market factors, thanks to the efforts and dedication of all employees, along with the vigilant leadership of the BOD, the company has successfully completed the business plan for the year with promising results.

During the Company Meeting held in the middle of January 2025, the BOD shared the plans and long-term growth potential of IVC in the coming years along with both opportunities and challenges. To attract potential overseas customers and achieve long-term business goals in the upcoming years, focusing on resource development and building a solid foundation remains the core direction that our company is pursuing. This is the premise for our company to grow more and more, so that when opportunities comes, we can confidently grasp them without hesitation, just as the spirit of “No more waiting, take the initiative”.

At IVC, training, nurturing, and developing strong workforce remains a top priority for the company. Because we believe that a quality workforce is always an invaluable resource for the company. The Company Meeting is also an opportunity for us to honor outstanding employees and teams who have continuously dedicated themselves and developed throughout the past year.

In the cheerful atmosphere before the New Year, this New Year Party was organized at an external restaurant, providing an intimate and elegant space for all employees and guests. The BOD, all IVC’s members and esteemed guests raised their glasses in gratitude for the efforts of all staffs and celebrating the successful of the pass year, as well as to kick off a new year filled with excitement and bright development prospects.

And the highlight of the New Year Party remains the Lucky Draw – a thrilling game of chance. With an exciting prize structure that adds to the anticipation, the Lucky Draw has truly ignited a lively and dynamic atmosphere, bringing moments of joy and excitement as employees eagerly awaited their stroke of luck to kick off the New Year.

And a new year has also begun, wishing each of us a new year of peace, happiness, and many conveniences. Together, we will continue to build another successful and prosperous year for IVC family.

In November 2024, ISB Vietnam company (IVC) had the privilege of participating in the annual Futsal tournament organized by the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ho Chi Minh City (JCCH). This event has become a highly anticipated occasion, eagerly awaited by our football club players and enthusiastic supporters across the company.

Despite the early start on that day, both our players and cheering squad showed up bright and early, brimming with energy and excitement.
Immediately after the brief opening ceremony, the stadium heated up with matches. The football field became a vibrant stage where teamwork and determination were vividly on display. It was a remarkable setting to witness the unbreakable bond and fiery passion of our team.

With relentless team spirit and the unwavering support of our fans, our team advanced through the group stage, scoring over 10 fantastic goals. Each goal showcased the exceptional skill and dedication of our players, making every match a thrilling experience for both the team players and supporters.

The day was undoubtedly a resounding success, filled with exciting moments and unforgettable memories. Our team played with our hearts, fueled by a shared love for football. Beyond the excitement of the matches, this event strengthened our team spirit, enhancing cooperative relationships that help us collaborate effectively in daily work.

Congratulations to our incredible team for achieving goals and delivering an outstanding performance. A heartfelt thank you goes to all the supporters who cheered tirelessly and to the event organizers for creating such a meaningful opportunity for us to come together through sports. Special thanks as well to our company’s board of directors for enabling us to take part in this enriching event.
