JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Backend, frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Leverage your cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Architect) to architect and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Explore and implement AI/ML techniques to enhance software solutions and improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to help them grow professionally.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Technical Leader or Team Leader.
- Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) or Java (Spring) or .Net (C#)
- Experience with Frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum projects.
- Ability to participate in coding and code reviews.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with Japanese customers is a plus.
- Good in English for daily communication with clients.
Nice to have:
- Cloud Certifications: AWS, Azure, Google
- Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher) is a plus
