Job Description
□ Independently read, analyze, and comprehend Japanese Detail Design documents to create comprehensive
Japanese test cases.
□ Execute test cases, perform thorough functional and system testing, and prepare high-quality Japanese
evidence/proof before delivery.
□ Maintain an extremely high level of care and precision in all documentation, testing activities, and final
deliverable checks.
□ Ability to read and understand Java source code to aid in defect identification, root cause analysis, and
test scenario creation.
□ Demonstrate strong knowledge of relational databases, including understanding tables, keys, and
relationships between tables.
□ Capable of writing complex SQL queries for data validation, and possessing the ability to read PLSQL
(Oracle) code for analysis.
□ Write basic PLSQL (Oracle) code for testing setup, data manipulation, or simple automation scripts.
□ Commitment to performing all project tasks (development, testing, documentation, and delivery) strictly
according to defined project processes and methodologies.
□ Leverage prior experience working within Japanese projects to ensure effective communication and
adherence to cultural standards for quality and scheduling.
Job Requirement
EDUCATION
□ Bachelor’s degree.
WORK EXPERIENCES
□ Strong knowledge of Database concepts, including schema design, keys, and table relationships.
□ Proven ability to write effective SQL queries.
□ Ability to read and interpret PLSQL (Oracle) code and Java source code.
□ Basic capability to write PLSQL (Oracle) code.
□ At least 2 years experience in a Quality Control or Software Development in Test role
□ Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 level (or equivalent practical ability), specifically
enabling the candidate to read and understand technical documents and detailed design specifications in
Japanese.
□ Prior hands-on experience working on projects delivered to Japanese clients or utilizing Japanese standards.
□ Demonstrated ability to perform tasks meticulously and follow strict organizational or client-defined project
processes.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
□ Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 level (or equivalent practical ability), specifically
enabling the candidate to read and understand technical documents and detailed design specifications in
Japanese.
