Job Description
- Translate Japanese technical documents (specifications, manuals, etc.) into English or Vietnamese, and vice-versa, as needed.
- Translate Japanese communication (emails, chat messages, etc.) into English or Vietnamese, and vice-versa.
- Provide real-time interpretation from Japanese to Vietnamese (and potentially English) during meetings with clients, including specification explanation meetings, weekly progress meetings, kick-off meetings, and other discussions conducted via platforms like Google Meet.
- Ensure accurate and culturally sensitive communication between Japanese clients and internal teams.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of IT projects by facilitating effective communication..
Job Requirement
EDUCATION
- Bachelor, Associate
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES
- Japanese language proficiency: N2 level or higher.
- English language proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Comtor/Translator/Interpreter, preferably within the IT industry.
- Ability to accurately and effectively translate complex technical information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using online meeting platforms (e.g., Google Meet).
