Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Europe, USA, and/or Australia markets, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, target segments, and competitive landscapes within these regions.
  • Define and refine our value proposition for the target markets, ensuring it resonates with client needs and regulatory environments.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team (or build one from scratch) focused on the assigned international markets.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure all sales activities, contracts, and business practices comply with relevant European, USA, and/or Australian business laws and regulations (e.g., data privacy, consumer protection, contract law, intellectual property).
  • Work closely with legal counsel to review and finalize international agreements.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Legal to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and client meetings (as required, potentially involving international travel).

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field

WORK EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Sales experience (New Bussiness Development), at least 2 years in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Experience in IT Sales is a plus
  • Strong experience and a deep understanding of doing business in the Europe, USA, and/or Australia markets.
  • Solid understanding of relevant business laws and regulations in Europe, the USA, and/or Australia.
  • Must be currently based in Vietnam and legally eligible to work full-time in Vietnam.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective market entry and growth strategies.
  • Existing network of contacts within the target markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on building long-term client relationships.
