JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with the company's regulations, rules and working processes
- Complete assignment/task independently
- Project:
・ Cooperate with Leader to achieve project target;
・ Main responsibility in getting customer requirement, expectation and create basic design, database design and detail design. Based on this documents team can implement project;
・ Main responsibility in controlling quality of deliverables meet with customer’s expectation.
Job Requirement
EDUCATION
– Degree of IT (Bachelor, Associate)
DESIGN EXPERIENCES (require)
– Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) is a must (~N2)
– Gather requirements and understand expectations from Japanese customers.
– Have experience creating Basic Design / Detail Design based on requirement by Japanese
– Discuss, analyze, and hold meetings with customers to report and clarify requirements
– Ability to propose improved solutions to customers.
– Capable of understanding technical matters during discussions with the Dev team and negotiate them to clients
– Creative individual with strong communication skills
TECHNICAL & MANAGEMENT SKILL (optional)
– Knowledge of software development processes
– Knowledge of Agile, Scrum
– Knowledge of Infra setting
– Knowledge of quality control and security
– People with high problem-solving skills
– People who like to challenge new technologies
– People with creativity and high communication skills
– Those who can actively work on anything and can express their opinions
– Basic English
