March knocks on the door, bringing warm sunshine and a special day dedicated to all ladies, International Women's Day on March 8th. At IVC, this is not just a holiday but also a chance for us to show our concern and express sincere gratitude to our female colleagues.
And this year's March 8th started with a sweet surprise. From early morning, on the desks of the female colleagues, there appeared a small and lovely gift placed neatly. Along with that were the messages and heartfelt wishes from our male colleagues. That little gesture was enough to be a boost of morale, helping to kick off a new day full of energy and joy.
Our event didn't come to an end. The main highlight of that day was the flower wrapping activity carried out by the IVC mens themselves. These IT guys, who are usually labeled as introverted, suddenly became surprisingly proactive and meticulous. For many, it was their first time wrapping flowers to give to the ladies in the office. They were a bit clumsy at first, but with all effort and perseverance, the plain flowers were dressed in layers of wrapping paper and adorned with cutie bows. The final item may not be the most beautiful or elaborate bouquet, but one thing is for sure, these are the most meaningful bouquets, as they contains the effort, patience, and sincere affection of the IVC guys dedicated to their female colleagues. Spreading throughout the office that day was the surprise and radiant smiles of all IVC ladies when receiving the bouquets from their close male coworkers.
Every March 8th at IVC turns out to be a day full of memorable moments. We believe these moments strengthen our team spirit and motivate us to work more effectively together.
Wishing all our female colleagues a day filled with joy, and always proud and radiant like sunflowers reaching towards the sun and shining bright.
